Refund and Returns

If you wish to cancel or request a refund for any mistakenly placed or no longer needed/wanted orders, we are happy to accommodate such requests within a 30-day period from the original order date.

To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unused, unfitted, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all provided fixings intact.

Please note that orders containing customised items, such as cut-to-length chains or tubes, cannot be refunded.

In cases where we are responsible for an error, such as delivering a faulty product or an incorrect shipment, we will reimburse both the product cost and the delivery fee. Refunds for approved returns will be credited to your credit/debit card account within 30 days of receiving the returned items.

If you decide to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you may do so at any time. However, be aware that you might not receive a dispatch notification, and in such cases, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

For a prompt refund process, kindly provide us with a copy of the original order invoice or the invoice number. Both can be accessed in your account under Order History or on the email sent to you at time or ordering. We appreciate your cooperation in making the refund process as efficient as possible.
