Our lion head knocker is forged from solid bronze. The different elevations highlight all of the hand finishing that is carried out in our factory. A perfect design choice for external doors with matching products available.
This finish is manufactured from solid unlacquered bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. Polished bronze can be described as a ‘living finish’ that adapts to its surroundings. This finish is firstly aged and then repolished, which creates a subtle contrast between the lighter surface areas and the darker detailed areas of each product. This finish has been salt tested to 480 hours.
Fixed to your door using bolt-through fixings for the knocker and strike plate, which is finished with a dome head cap on the internal side of the door.
Supplied with matching 70mm threaded bars and dome head caps.
